The new Aspen Dental building at 5540 Johnston & Ambassador looks to be nearing completion.
Aspen Dental itself appears open for business and the other two(or three) spaces seem to be waiting for tenants to lease out the spaces. If they are already leased out, then we do not know the tenants yet. Though, I am sure they are still in the process of filling the spaces.
This corner was previously a convenience store that was demolished to make way for this development. For earlier postings on this location, click (here).
