Jersey Mike’s Subs just signed a lease for their third Lafayette Parish location coming soon to 1911 Chemin Metairie Pkwy in Youngsville’s Sugar Mill Pond.
TL:DL: Jersey Mike’s Subs Johnston is set to open Jan 31sr, Ambassador plans to open early April, Youngsville plans to open late summer.
The structure shell will start construction very soon with Tokyo Japan anchoring the center, along with Baskin Robbins set for one end, and Jersey Mike’s on the other end.

We first broke the news that Jersey Mike’s was coming to Lafayette back in December of 2022 with the announcement of their Ambassador Town Center location. Funny enough, the first announced location is not the first location that will open! Shortly after that initial post, we shared that Jersey Mike’s would open a second location on Johnston Street in The Forum Center near Camellia Blvd. This location will actually be opening on January 31st, ahead of the first mentioned location next to Costco on Ambassador. Crazy how buildout timeframes go. The Ambassador location is set for an early April opening.

But wait, there’s more! Now we have the third location for Jersey Mike’s announced, which will be going to Youngsville, Louisiana. This location is tentatively set to open toward the end of the Summer months of July/August.
In our initial December 2022 post, we stated that Jersey Mike’s plans to open 5 locations in the Lafayette Parish region within 2 years. So far, they are on track to make this goal happen with this third location announcement!
Jersey Mike’s, as a company, has made it a point to be better. Some would say, “A Sub Above”, which is the franchise’s motto.
