Phase 1 of the all-new Sugar Pointe Center, located at 2018 Chemin Metairie Parkway in Youngsville, is making fast progress.
In the photos, you are able to see that the metal structure and siding are already going up. And while this is only the first phase of a larger center, we should expect it to be completed by the end of Summer. In a post made prior to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, we estimated that the completion date would be this month, the month of May. However, we have less than two weeks of the month left.
If you have been following us for a couple of months, then you already know that the local Carencro-based restaurant, Pizzaville USA, will be anchoring the center. Shortly after we posted about Pizzaville USA, news of another tenant surfaced for the center. That business is Great American Cookie Co. and Marble Slab, which is perfect as the name of the center is Sugar Pointe.
