The city of Scott is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for Apollo Road tomorrow, September 12th, 2018 at 9:00 AM in front of the new West Regional Public Library, currently under construction.
In the photos and video below, you can see the progress of both the new Library and Apollo Rd.
There is still much work to be had for the Library, but it is all really taking shape. In February of this year, we shared the beginnings of construction when it was just a slab.
