The development features a total of 84 dwelling units spread across four residential structures, offering a variety of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units.

Amenities at Arbours at Acadiana include an on-site clubhouse & leasing office, a pool with an adjacent cabana, a picnic pavilion, a shaded dog park, a mail center, and a dedicated utility building for management use.
If you’ve been following us for a while, you might remember us mentioning the construction of another 84-unit property by Arbour Valley Communities. This property, called The Arbours at Lafayette, is located at 1012 Alcide Dominique, behind Cracker Barrel. In fact, according to the Arbour Valley website, phase 2 is coming soon for The Arbours at Lafayette. I know, all of these arbours! But go look at their website!
