A new student catered apartment complex and retail center will soon be constructed at 1500 W Pinhook Road, right next door to Double Tree and near the coming soon La Quinta Inn & Suites.
The Ridge apartments, according to Stirling Properties, will be modeled after other successful concepts in other cities for major universities. The new residential complex will have 194 units consisting of 4 & 5 bedroom layouts. It will also feature what appears to be a lazy river style pool area. That alone is a thumbs up.
As for the retail portion of the complex, it will be a fairly compact space with about 4 spaces.
