A new business park, called Verot Business Park, is being planned for 1501 Verot School Road. It will be in the same corridor as Doug Ashy, Bon Temps Grill, and Stuller, Inc.
The planned business park comprises eight total lots—seven of which are zoned for heavy commercial—and the eighth will be a retention pond/common area. 
The soon to be completed widening project for Verot School Road should lend well to the future growth in South Lafayette. The photos below show East Verot’s progress as the center medians are filled with dirt, and sidewalks are finished up. Estimated completion of the entire span of Verot is slated for late Spring of 2019.
