A new, 7,100 square-foot, convenience store & gas station is under construction at the SE corner of the roundabout at Chemin Metairie & Guillot Road.
The store is owned by Faucheux Investments LLC. Would this be pronounced ‘Fa Sho’ Investments? Asking for a friend.
Kidding aside, it would appear—judging from the rendering—that there is tenant space available or perhaps the store will have its own restaurant/café. That is to be determined.
Construction started in late October by Brunt Construction.
