New construction at Red’s, located at 301 Doucet Road in Lafayette, LA, is for a new 18,000-square-foot ladies’ fitness center.
The space will include many modern amenities, exact details were left out, but the space will have lockers!
This new expansion is replacing a former Shop Rite convenience store that was once located next to Red’s. At some point, that C-store closed and the land was absorbed by Red’s.
We don’t have a lot more details, not that we didn’t try to get more information but, ya know. At least you now know a little more than you knew before, right?! Maybe…
One thing is for sure, Mr. Lerille is a boss! Dude is ~80 years old and he is still killing it.
As for tentative completion, we expect to see this project completed late-Summer or by Fall of this year.
