Former Lafayette Books-A-Million To Become New Sephora, Lululemon, and J. Crew, 4th Space Still Available

on

The former Lafayette Books-A-Million (BAM) space, located at 4419 Ambassador Caffery, is currently under construction and being subdivided to become a new 17,000-square-foot multi-unit shopping center.

According to super top secret informants, once renovations & partitioning are completed, the former BAM space will be the new home for J. Crew, Lululemon, and Sephora. The 4th and final space is still available.

Each space is +/-4,000 square feet with 3 Ambassador-facing storefronts and 1 shopping center-facing storefront, according to initial plans. – https://gbtrealty.com/property/river-marketplace/

The information is still new to us and we honestly do not want to bother anyone at Sephora or Lululemon about the spaces. We think that it is safe to say that Sephora may jump the road over from their current, recently opened space in the Kohls building. However, it is also entirely possible that both locations will stay open. Either way, who cares, it’s not in the mall anymore. As for Lululemon and J. Crew, Lululemon opened a pop-up store at 500 Settlers Trace to test the market, and it seems to have passed. J. Crew had a factory outlet store next to Whole Foods across Settlers Trace Blvd., but it is unclear if this new store will be an actual J. Crew store or another outlet. Seems like it’ll be true J. Crew.

There you guys go, the tea, it’s pipping.
