E’s Kitchen has only been around for a couple of years and has already caused a shift in our food industry. Many of you by now have heard of the “Lafayette Food Truck Round Up” I am sure. That being said, Paul Ayo the owner of E’s Kitchen has had a huge hand in making the Round Up a success. Well Paul is at it again with his own place that he has in Park Lafayette. His plans for his new space will allow for more participants in cooking demos. Utilizing a larger kitchen for more hands on cooking demos than he has now, plus a chef’s choice dinner for larger groups.
