Another Texas favorite, Saltgrass Steakhouse, is coming to Lafayette in the old Johnny Carino’s at 4321 Ambassador in front of Super Target. Saltgrass Steakhouse is similar to places like Long Horn or Texas Roadhouse, but some would argue that it’s much better. I personally have tried it once and it was pretty great.
