Positioned at the corner of E. Cypress & Lee Street, Uncle Bob’s Roundup offers a hosting capacity of 5 food trucks (depending on size). Features of the new food truck park include full utility connections like electricity and water, which will provide a most peaceful experience overall. For guests coming to enjoy a meal, the new food truck park offers a comfortable space with plenty of seating & tables covered by a large canopy structure complete with large air mover fans. Another big feature is permanent on-site restrooms!
As mentioned in our initial post about Uncle Bob’s Roundup, food trucks have been popping up all over the region. They are increasingly becoming a go-to spot for unique lunch offerings. This popularity has sparked several local businesses specializing in hosting food trucks to open including, Parc de Oaks in North Lafayette, Catalon Legacy in Maurice, The Back Yard in Opelousas, and now, Uncle Bob’s Roundup in Downtown Lafayette.
The tentative opening date for Uncle Bob’s Roundup is set for early February. They are currently accepting applications & reservations for food trucks in anticipation of the big opening day.
