A new ice cream shop, called Rolling Ice Cream, is coming soon at 3546 Ambassador, next to Clean Juice, and Bentley’s Restaurant.
Upon looking in on the inside, it would appear that they are still in the early stages of getting up and running. The inside still has old furniture, and equipment from Hurricane Grill.
The name is interesting. It has a very active feel to it, rolling. It is rolled ice cream, which is a process in which liquid base, and mixed ingredients are poured onto a frozen plate that super cools the liquid into a solid. It’s pretty good stuff.
