Parlor Salon Studios, a locally founded company providing fully equipped private studios for salon and industry professionals, is expanding with its third location coming soon at Parc Lafayette, near River Ranch, at 1921 Kaliste Saloom Rd, Suite 113.
Parlor Salon Studios’ first location at 1105 Ambassador was first announced back in early 2020, which feels like yesterday. Darn you COVID! Then, shortly after, Parlor expanded into Broussard with a location at 403 E. Main Street. Parlor did have plans for a Downtown location. However, due to heightened construction prices during COVID, those plans changed.
The newest location for Parlor Salon Studios will be situated in the corner suite of the main building of Parc Lafayette, adjacent to Natural Grocers and facing Camelia Boulevard. This is the same center where Agave, Caroline’s Cookies, and many other well-known businesses are located.

Founded on the principle of supporting independently owned and operated boutique studio owners, Parlor Salon Studios has become a go-to destination for small business owners in the salon and beauty industry. The expansion to Parc Lafayette will bring the total number of studios across all of Parlor’s locations to 31.
The new Parlor Salon Studio location will feature 10 studios, a welcoming lobby, and a breakroom. This location will also feature updated salon cabinets, fresh color schemes, and modern studio doors. The design and accents of the lobby and other salon elements will be curated by Chrissy Greene, owner of Greene and Company, ensuring a stylish and contemporary environment for both salon professionals and their clients.

Other notable features provided by Parlor are lockable studios equipped with custom cabinetry, hydraulic styling chairs, elegant salon stations, and private shampoo stations. Included amenities are utilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, a breakroom area, elegant LED lighting, and insulated walls for privacy.
