Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers at 2516 Kaliste Saloom Road in Lafayette, LA has reopened following a full interior and exterior renovation, bringing updates to one of the more established locations in Lafayette Parish.

Exterior changes are relatively minimal but noticeable, including updated signage, refreshed paint, and adjusted color tones that brighten the building and align it more closely with newer Cane’s locations.
“Our Lafayette remodel is an investment in the people and culture here, bringing in elements of Acadiana, our schools and hometown pride to create a space that feels authentic to the area, while still delivering the Craveable Chicken Finger Meals our Customers count on,” said Raising Cane’s Area Leader of Restaurants Billy Mick.
The interior saw the most significant work as the dining area has been fully updated with new furniture, flooring, lighting, wall finishes, and décor. While the overall layout and wall structure remain the same, the space now reflects a more modern look with added high-top seating and updated fixtures, while still maintaining the brand’s familiar feel.

Like other Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers locations, the design incorporates elements specific to the surrounding area. This location reflects the south Lafayette, and Youngsville area, with décor that includes references to local culture, schools, and regional landmarks. Items throughout the dining room include festival-related artwork, nods to Vermilionville, and visuals tied to events like Festival International and Festival Acadiens et Créoles, and tons more.
Local representation is also included, with references to Lafayette Parish native Dustin Poirier featured within the décor alongside other community-focused elements.
