Fête Brewing, a new locally-owned microbrewery is coming soon to 1001 Savoy Road in Youngsville, Louisiana, next door to Marco’s Pizza.
The new small-batch brewery is founded by New Orleans-native David Lafranca, a longtime homebrewer who developed his passion for craft beer while living in Colorado, a state well known for its brewery scene. After relocating back to Louisiana in 2021, Lafranca carried that dream with him and began working toward opening a small, neighborhood-style brewery in Youngsville, LA.
Fête Brewing will feature a 7-barrel brewing system capable of producing about 200 gallons per batch. Unlike larger production breweries, Fête Brewing is being built as a small-scale taproom brewery where guests can enjoy beer brewed and served on-site.

The concept will focus on creating a community gathering place similar to neighborhood breweries found throughout Colorado. Lafranca says the brewery’s primary focus will be serving customers directly from its Youngsville location rather than distributing products through retail stores.
When complete, guests will be able to see the brewing process from the taproom itself. Large stainless-steel fermentation tanks will be visible throughout the space, allowing visitors to enjoy their beer while surrounded by the equipment used to produce it.
Fête Brewing’s initial plans call for 5 to 6 house-brewed beers at opening, with a wider selection when production ramps up. Some of the beers we can expect to find will include lighter styles such as Kölsch-style ales and pale ales, alongside hop-forward IPAs, amber ales, lagers, seasonal beers, and darker beers including a black lager and oatmeal milk stout.

The brewery does not plan to serve food as its location is within walking distance of several nearby dining options, including Marco’s Pizza, KK’s Cafe, Apache Mexican Grill, and other businesses within the surrounding development.
As a community-focused business, Fête Brewing plans to host bike (any bike) nights, game nights, and other social events to benefit the surrounding community.
While construction is still ongoing and nearing completion, a tentative opening date has yet to be announced.
