There is a 2nd Stripes Lafayette location that just started ground work, TODAY! It is located across from McDonald’s at 911 Ambassador Caffery at the corner of Cameron Street. The permit literally just showed up and now ground work has already started at this location. The location at Ambassador & Ridge will start in the next couple of days, as there is equipment ready to go.
Stripes is a Corpus Christi based convenience store company that is making a move inside of the Louisiana market. Stripes has 3 locations that are in the works for Lafayette, so far, with the next one to be announced soon. The Louisiana Stripes stores will have Sunoco brand fuel, fuel of NASCAR, and their own Laredo Taco concept in each location.
