Pont Des Mouton is becoming a little hot zone with developments happening fast and changes have to be made to handle them. This time changes are happening to the street itself; Pont Des Mouton is being widened from Moss Street to Louisiana Avenue. Some parts of this work is puzzling, maybe because I am not a civil engineer. But, I just can’t see how they plan to make it any wider without taking some businesses and homeowners land. Maybe I am just being naive in thinking that wouldn’t happen, but it appears to be happening. I just hope this is a sign of things to come for Louisiana Avenue.
