Little Hacienda, a new authentic Mexican restaurant, is set to open its doors in the former Blue Apache Mexican Restaurant space at 3558 W Pinhook Road this week.
Named for its smaller size, the restaurant features a cozy and bright decor, with an intimate dining area and an outdoor patio for those who prefer to dine al fresco. Little Hacienda will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and will offer both dine-in and take-out options.
The former Blue Apache space recently became available for lease after the owner decided to close to focus his work at the Youngsville location.
The new Hacienda location will offer a menu featuring traditional Mexican dishes made from scratch, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including a variety of tacos, soups, enchiladas, burritos, and fajitas, as well as vegetarian options. Little Hacienda will also feature a selection of signature margaritas and other classic Mexican cocktails that Acadiana residents seemingly can’t get enough of.
“We are grateful for the support and positive feedback that we continue to receive from the community since we’ve opened our original Broussard location nearly 15 years ago,” Raul said. “Expanding into a third location was the next logical step for us, and we’re excited to continue to grow and serve our loyal customers in Acadiana.
