The former Evangeline Maid Bread Outlet, located at 233 Rue Du Belier, is now First Choice Transportation & Logistics.
According to the First Choice Group website, they offer a wide array of transportation & logistics services to the Gulf Coast region.
Headquartered in Lake Charles, LA, First Choice Group “is composed of several companies (First Choice Couriers, First Choice Transportation & Logistics, and First Choice Crew Movers), each serving similar, yet different segments of the transportation industry”.
Last Summer, in 2019, Flowers Bakery opened the newly constructed Evangeline Maid Bread & Bakery outlet in Broussard at 490 Albertson Parkway. This new facility replaced the now-former facility in Scott that First Choice Group has taken over. See more about that (here).
