The former Southside Bakery, located at 4519 W Congress, will soon become a new Mexican restaurant, called El Caribe.
We do not have much information on El Caribe expect for a Facebook page, and the signage stating that they are coming soon.
What we do know is that this location has seen some quick turnover in previous & potential tenants. Most recently, we shared that this location would soon become a Mac’s Cajun Market and Southland Bakery, according to their signage. However, for whichever reason, that never happened.
We are hopeful that El Caribe Mexican Restaurant will open and be wildly successful.
