El Pollo Loco will soon be opening their doors at 3808 Johnston, next door to Taco Sisters.
The official opening, and ribbon cutting for The Crazy Chicken is set for March 14th, which is now about two weeks away!
Today, we drove by the construction of the new restaurant to check up on the progress, and there has been mucho progress. As of these photos, the signage on the building was being installed. The overall building is about 85-90% complete; so close!
You can bet that El Pollo Loco will open — softly — before March 14th to allow employee training time. If we get an invite, then we may give you a sneak peek of the restaurant before it does officially open. How excite!
