I don’t share much on residential properties unless it is a major property. However, this was brought to my attention… not sure what to think about it. I have passed these apartments several times and didn’t think they were that bad off. Apparently they are bad enough to need 11 Million dollars worth of updates. They have 12 buildings 160 units and each one will cost about $142,626 to renovate.
Reading through some of the comments on KATC’s article about it not to many people can make sense of the cost to update these buildings. I don’t know much about the cost of residential property but what are your thoughts? Does it make sense?
Either way I am sure these folks are going to be happy they are getting a little revamp.
