The tech company, Perficient, is pretty much complete with their building in Downtown Lafayette on Jefferson St. This building has a modern Art Deco design influence while still fitting in with the Downtown feel. I am told that there are roughly 250 IT positions in this location, which is a good amount. The neighboring business across the street, Wurst Biergarten, is going to benefit greatly from this and surrounding businesses for sure.
