The University Avenue Corridor is getting some much needed attention, specifically around three of North University Avenue’s intersections. Those intersections include University & I-10, University & Willow, and University & Cameron(aka Four Corners).
Several groups have gathered at public meetings hosted by Lafayette Consolidated Government, and Acadiana Planning Commission to discuss conceptual plans for the University Avenue Corridor.
You may have also noticed University Plaza signs — pictured above — posted at the Four Corners Intersection. These signs are most likely connected to the revitalization initiative of University Ave.
Below are images that are attached to a downloadable survey found at lafayettela.gov. The public is asked to weigh in on the concepts before Noon on May 3rd, 2018.
