Tokyo Live Japanese Steak House, located at 1601 W Pinhook Rd, has started renovations to their restaurant as of June 17th, 2018. According to a Facebook post by Tokyo Live, “WAITR Delivery Is Available.” Not sure if this is a general statement or that they are actually working in the kitchen through renovations.
It is unclear what renovations will take place, but we have heard — rumor alert — that the hibachi dining space that faces the Vermilion River will be first to be renovated.
We did attempt to make contact with Tokyo Live on three separate occasions via the web, phone, and in-person over the past two days but, all attempts have not been successful. However, what we do know is what a sign on their door stated, see below.
“In an effort to serve our customers better, Tokyo Live Japanese Steak House will be temporarily closed for renovations starting June 17th, 2018. We apologize for any inconveniences caused. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Looking forward to see you soon!.” — Tokyo Live Renovation Notice
Our family enjoys going to Tokyo Live, but we all knew that it was time for a change. We are looking forward to seeing the renovations.
If we get any more information regarding the renovation specifics of what is being done, we will report back.
