The new Our Savior’s Church — Opelousas Campus — has broken ground today in the future Gateway Park development at Harry Guilbeau & I-49.
According to a statement made today by the leaders of the church, this has been an eight-year process with the church being a ‘mobile’ church for nearly 400 services. Meaning that they have set up, and broken down a church setting that serves 1500 individuals for each service.
The new OSC Opelousas campus will consist of 98 acres including the main church building, a bible study facility, and walking trails. Surrounding the new church will be a mixed office, Industrial, and medical space. — See Post for more info. Estimated completion date for the new church is slated for Summer 2019.
