The Bus Stop Bistro is now open in their new physical location, located at 3823 N University Avenue in Carencro, formerly Fricassée Café.
Starting as a food truck in 2014, The Bus Stop Bistro gained a loyal following as the goto burger food truck with burgers like the O.G., The Fun Guy, and the Jolee Blanc. Today, the Bus Stop Bistro now operates both the food truck and a new brick & mortar location in Carencro.
The new physical location in Carencro provides the culinary team, Charles von Aspern & Jay Thornhill, creative space to expand their menu to offer more than just the food truck menu. The new, expanded menu offers all of the great burger options but with the addition of salads, seafood, daily soups, a few plated dishes, desserts, and a full bar.

Their hours of operation are:
Tuesday – Friday 10:30 am – 2 pm & Friday – Saturday 5 pm – 10 pm.
