I passed by this neat little place today at 2823 Gloria Switch Road called Simon’s Cajun Mart on my way to get a haircut. I saw that their sign read coming soon, and you know me, I had to stop and grab some photos! I even found their facebook page, and in their page you can find all sorts of photos of the renovations. I even found photos of their signature “newspaper” ceiling; how cool is that!? It’s pretty easy to find out what Simon’s Cajun Mart is about, meats & plate lunches!
