There is new construction happening right now in River Ranch at the Southwest corner of Camellia & Settlers Trace.
The construction will be the new offices of the local Pizza Hut franchise, according to River Ranch Real Estate. Also, key evidence has the word “pizza” spray painted on the concrete drainage blocks at the site.
This location is kind of off set from the streets and somewhat hidden behind Bancorp & Springhill Suites. See map below.
