Midas Automotive, a new full-service automotive repair and maintenance is now open at 3115 W. Pinhook Road in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The new Midas Automotive of Lafayette officially opened this week and offers a variety of automotive services for cars, trucks, and SUVs, including oil changes, brake service, tires, diagnostics, suspension and alignments, air conditioning repair, and other general automotive maintenance and repairs.
The Lafayette store is part of a pretty aggressive regional expansion for the ownership group, which has opened 12 new Midas locations across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee over the past three years.
According to Jason Weatherford, CEO and Owner, the company sees Lafayette as an important market as they continue growing throughout the region.
“Opening Midas of Lafayette is about much more than adding another location,” said Weatherford. “It represents our commitment to bringing the Midas experience to more communities and creating automotive service centers where customers know they will be treated with honesty, respect and genuine care.”
One of the things the company is focusing on with its newer locations is what they are calling “Auto Hospitality,” essentially taking some of the traditional automotive repair shop experience and making it more customer-focused.
The idea is to create a shop where customers feel welcomed, understand what is happening with their vehicle, and receive transparent recommendations instead of dropping off a vehicle and hoping for the best.
Midas, being a well-known national automotive brand, is continuing to expand its presence throughout the Gulf South. The ownership group is investing in several new locations and creating automotive service jobs in each market.
The new Midas of Lafayette is now open at 3115 W. Pinhook Road and is currently accepting customers throughout Lafayette and the surrounding Acadiana region.
