For the past few months, a new bean-to bar-chocolate maker & chocolatier has been forming called Preservation Chocolate Co. The new company is a product of the minds at Rêve Coffee Roasters, or at least from what we can tell anyway, Rêve is located at 200 Jefferson Street. Preservation basically takes raw cacao beans and work their magic to produce a work of chocolate. They have been rolling out beta versions of some of their work at Rêve with some creations being roleaux’s, peppermint bark and Rêve coffee infused chocolates.
