Hey Insiders! We just shared that The Chimes is coming soon, and as expected the post is blowing up. However, what hasn’t been posted yet is that Rouses is actually coming soon to Camellia Blvd. We shared with you guys that Rouses was looking to acquire land, but that was several months ago. They picked a spot.
Rouses will break ground at the corner of Camellia Blvd and Verot School Road this year. The land will close soon (or may have closed already).
