Local Renovation

Inside the New OSC -Midtown

on

Our Saviors Church – Midtown, was kind enough to allow me to do a walk through on Friday evening, before services start on Sunday. Located at 101 Marie Antoinette Street, the old church building was originally built in the 50’s and added on to in the 70’s, according to the OSC Midtown Paster, Nick Carroll. In the past, the church was the Emanuel Church, but in April, OSC acquired the building and have been renovating the large space since. The new church for OSC will seat about 700 and offers a range of class rooms for all ages. There is a Café, teen church and a nursery with a check-in system. If you aren’t familiar with OSC, they’re a nondenominational church with two other campuses in the Acadiana area. Services start Sunday, October 18th.

Check out the photos I grabbed for y’all.
