Luxe Flooring & Stone, a new locally owned and family-operated flooring, tile, and remodeling showroom, is now open at 2872 Grand Point Highway in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana.
Founded by Garrett Broussard, the new business combines more than a decade of hands-on flooring installation and remodeling experience with a showroom offering flooring, tile, stone, and renovation materials for homeowners, builders, contractors, and businesses throughout Acadiana.

Broussard began his career in the flooring industry more than 10 years ago as an installer before launching Vermilion Tile and Construction. Over the years, he built a reputation for custom showers, bathroom remodels, flooring installations, and interior renovation projects across Acadiana.
The idea for Luxe Flooring & Stone came after years of customers asking where they should purchase the materials used in their projects. Rather than sending customers to various retailers, Broussard decided to create a showroom where customers could browse products, receive guidance from an experienced installer, and coordinate both material selection and installation services in one location.
The 2,500-square-foot showroom features products including tile, laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, hardwood flooring, mosaics, quartz surfaces, grout, waterproofing systems, installation supplies, and other materials needed for residential and commercial renovation projects.
In addition to carrying many of the industry’s leading flooring and tile products, Luxe Flooring & Stone also offers select flooring brands that are not widely available through other retailers in the Lafayette market. Broussard says the goal is to provide customers with unique options while maintaining competitive pricing across a variety of product categories and budgets.
Luxe Flooring & Stone continues to offer installation and remodeling expertise through Broussard’s construction background. Services include flooring installation, custom showers, bathroom remodels, interior renovations, patios, pool-area surfaces, hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, tile, travertine, natural stone, and other custom projects.
After years of field experience, Broussard says one advantage of the business is its ability to help customers understand both the product and installation sides of a project. This allows customers to receive guidance on material selection, durability, warranties, maintenance requirements, and overall project planning before construction begins.
Luxe Flooring & Stone is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is closed on Sundays.
