There is a new restaurant that is coming to Lafayette called El Pollo Loco, according to The Advertiser.
El Pollo Loco specializes in citrus marinated fire-grilled chicken that is used in Mexican inspired dishes.
There could be a total of two locations by 2018. The exact location of those two have yet to be decided on, but one could expect them to be located on the Southside of Lafayette. Finger crossed that one could fall into the Northern Lafayette area, too.
