The building that is being occupied by Jimmy John’s at 3816 Ambassador is about to get a new tentant.
The new tenant is named Color Nails Spa. While this is nail salon, it is still worth mentioning due to us covering this building from the start. This building is the add-on to the Caffery Plaza center. See early construction post (here).
