Oh, you thought Ambassador Town Center was complete? Haha. ATC Phase 2 is just beginning at Ambassador, near Lourdes, and is bringing a few extra retail spaces & restaurants, but also some residential & medical space! Construction is already underway on part of the road infrastructure for phase 2 and we should start seeing foundations in the near future.

I know for a fact that Classic Auto Express is going into the car wash space.
