Located near Girard park on Lewis Street is a new parking garage coming up for UL. From a distance and only being able to see the frame. It appears to be a large building. Well, I guess it is a large building, but not for office use or anything. The banner out front says it will be completed in the month of November of this year.
I guess UL students can always use more parking right?
