Pedro’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is coming soon to Scott, LA, with a new location planned for the 600 block of I-10 North Frontage Road. It will be constructed next to the Lourdes Emergency Room within the expanding Destination Pointe development.
Destination Pointe is anchored by Super 1 Foods and Tractor Supply and continues to attract new businesses to the Scott area. Some recently announced businesses for Destination Pointe include Waffle House, Shaq’s Big Chicken, Golden Chick, and a few other surprises being announced soon.
Permits for the new Pedro’s project were pulled earlier this week. The Scott location is expected to mirror the original Lafayette spot, offering a full menu of Mexican classics and a lively dining atmosphere. Menu highlights will include street tacos, quesadillas, chimichangas (our favorite), burritos, and fajitas.
The bar menu will feature a wide selection of drinks, including specialty margaritas, tequila flights, Mexican and domestic beers on tap, and cocktails like the customer-favorite pineapple-jalapeño margarita.
As with most patio-style Mexican restaurants, weekend live music is also planned as part of the experience. Interior plans call for modern finishes, comfortable seating, and a well-designed bar area.
Construction is expected to begin soon. If all goes as planned, the new Pedro’s could open its doors by mid-2026.
