The Campion at Lafayette Student Housing construction, located at 1517 W Pinhook Road, has been full steam ahead and many have been asking about this project.
We shared info on this project a couple of times already but, with a recent groundbreaking came a fancy sign by the road and a website that gives us much more info on the project. This project actually makes us a little jelly—that’s jealous—and almost has us wishing we could live there once it’s complete.
The Campion at Lafayette is a large, multi-unit, student housing complex with floor plans ranging from 1-5 bedrooms. The design and amenities offered are quite impressive with fully furnished units featuring Kenmore appliances, smart keyless doors, smart thermostats, carports, wall-mounted TVs in each living room, premium vinyl wood flooring, granite countertops, and much more. But the real fun stuff is the outdoor amenities. The Campion will offer a resort-style pool with a friggin’ lazy river, fitness center, high-end clubhouse, outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor gaming pavilion, cyber cafe, juice & coffee bar, dog park, and a sand volleyball course! Good grief, seriously, can we just live here and say that we are ‘students’?
