Hey Insiders, we have a lot to post this week on the public side. Some of the things you’ll see you already know about like the new Rouses on Camellia & Verot School Road, which is set to break ground soon. Other things you may already know about(it’s been almost a year) is the riverside Trappey’s development, which is an exciting development that will hopefully give Lafayette a waterfront experience. We will be posting the photos of the “before” images, which are still current and we will be soon getting renderings of how the project will look once completed.
In the works are some new construction projects getting ready to start up in Broussard, one being a new residential project, called Modera Place. See rendering below.
