The Westmart Shopping Center, located at the 2400 block of West Congress Street, is getting a much need renovation & facelift. All businesses are open during renovations.
This center is formerly home to Fred’s Super Dollar.
“We cannot wait for Acadiana to see our renovated shopping center.” — Billeaud Companies.
Renovation plans for the Westmart center include widening the sidewalks, updating the facade, painting the exterior, installing new awnings, adding new LED lighting, along with creating several new green scape beds as well as cleaning and restriping the parking lot. The Center has many loyal tenants like BJ’s Pizza House, Coin and Treasure, and Acadiana Karate that help make the shopping center thrive.
The former space for Fred’s Super Dollar is available as well as other spaces if you’re wondering—do we get a commission for this? For more info, their website is billeaudcompanies.com.
Owner & managing partner for the high profile shopping center, Billeaud Companies, is excited to breathe new life into the center with these new renovations.
