A new community is coming soon to the Broussard area and from what I’ve read, it is already in progress. Ville de Côté Gelée will be a 34 Acre mixed use development where folks can Live, Work, Learn & Play. It is located off the Youngsville Highway and Albertsons Parkway and will also have a charter school located inside called Brossard Charter Academy. There will be about 60 single family homes and a business park as well inside of the community.
