UPDATE 1-26-2016: Estimated completion date is Summer of 2018
The time has come to widen an increasingly commuted road in Lafayette, Verot School Road. The project is being prepped, and if you have traveled down Verot at any point in the past for weeks, you would have noticed black tarp lining the majority of the road. It appears that crews are staging to widen Verot from Pinhook’s partially widened intersection down past Ambassador’s intersection. This will be a temporary nightmare, but will yield near dream like traffic for Verot travelers.
