Total Wine & More, America’s largest independent fine wine retailer, is starting to make good progress on their new Lafayette, LA expansion.
If you were one of the few people who, during the flood of COVID-19 news, may have missed our post about Total Wine & More coming soon to Lafayette, then surprise! The former Stage retailer at 4407 Ambassador Caffery, next to Super Target, will soon open as a new Total Wine & More.
This week, we made a little pass by the location to check up on the progress. While it is no where near ready to open, we did get a peek inside and it appears that the buildout is starting to gain momentum. There are even now hiring signs posted on the storefront with contact information if you’re interested. See the photos below for the email address for reaching out.
Judging purely on the work we saw going on (not pictured), it appears that we may still be about 3-4 months out before they open. Could be sooner, but 3-4 month is a safe bet.
