Back in June of 2016, we shared a new upscale apartment community that would be constructed at 5600 Ambassador Caffery.
It’s been a couple years since we posted on it, so what does it look like currently? We decided to grab some aerial shots of the development to help provide some perspective. See those shots below.
The Reserve at River Place will be about 240 units, with mixed commercial spaces out in the front. The apartment buildings are expected to be completed in August of this year, 2018. See plan image of commercial property below.
