The latest in group DIY project experiences, called The Bougie Bar, merges a love for candles, creativity, and wine in a fun & relaxing downtown Lafayette atmosphere.
Jamie & Rusty, founders of the Scott-based Bourbon Royalty Candle Company, are bringing to life The Bougie Bar, a new creative experience in which candles are the center. It will be located at 403 B South Buchanan St. in downtown Lafayette.
This bougie candle making experience allows for guests to partake in a fun, relaxing, and fragrant filled party atmosphere with over 500 fragrances & pottery container options in which to choose. A “Bougie Expert” will safely guide each party toward an amazingly crafted candle that will bougie up any home or office.
The Bougie Bar is tentatively set to open October 1st and plans to host parties of 10-13 custom candle makers.
Jamie & Rusty will test market the concept for 3 months, if successful, they plan to seek longer occupancy.
