Southside City Plaza is located on the corner of East Broussard and Johnston Street. This new development has been planned for a good minute and is in construction now. They have layed down a small part of road way inside of the lot and have also started on the very right side of the development. According to the plans that are out, the building that is in progress appears to be a bank. I am sure this development will take a little more time to finish then other developments around town. I am still waiting on any confirmed businesses that will be leasing here to surface. I am sure we will know more as the development moves forward.
